This product has a theoretical yield of 22 BD FT. Two-component foams are packaged with an A-component and a B-component. Each cylinder contains a blowing agent to help expel the chemical and give structure to the cells. The two-components mix in the nozzle of the dispensing unit and begin to chemically react instantaneously. Two-component foam systems will expand immediately upon chemical reaction of A-component and B-component to a final volume that is 3-5 times the dispensed volume, in typical applications, and may be as much as 8 times the dispensed volume in specific applications, depending on various factors such as cavity size and ambient conditions. The foam will cure to a semi-rigid closed cell foam upon the chemical reaction of compenent A and component B.
