Handi-Flow Slow Rise Professional Refill System

Slow Rise (SR) is a multi-purpose polyurethane foam.  Handi-Foam SR cures tack free in 60-90 seconds, is cuttable in 5-10 minutes and cures within 1 hour.  Handi-Foam SR Products have a free-rise density of 1.75 lb. per cubic foot (28kg per cubic meter) and an in-place density of 2.0 lb per cubic foot (32 kg per cubic meter) and carry an R-value of 6.2 per inch.

Optimum chemical temperature must be between 75°-85° F.  The cured foam can resist heat and cold -200° to +200° F.

However, cured foam is not resistant to UV rays (sunlight) unless painted or stained.  Cured foam can be trimmed, sanded and/or painted.

Handi-Foam SR systems meet the Coast Guard Specification Requirements for flotation in Title 33 Code of Federal Regulations, Paragraph 183.114.

Handi-Foam SR is formulated to slowly rise, fill and insulate large enclosed spaces and blind cavities.  However, there are four considerations which will effect mold pressure and how efficiently the mold is filled.  They are application shot time, orientation and bracing, mold size and mold venting.

This product comes in 4 sizes:

Handi-Flow Slow Rise Professional Refill System 150 – an approximate yield of 128 Cubic FT.

Handi-Flow Slow Rise Professional Refill System 250 – an approximate yield of 213 Cubic FT.

Handi-Flow Slow Rise Professional Refill System 550 – an approximate yield of 458 Cubic FT.

Handi-Flow Slow Rise Professional Refill System 950 – an approximate yield of 830 Cubic FT.

The purchase of any refillable foam system/or dispensing equipment requires the completion of The qualification process, which has been developed by the manufacturer, followed by comprehensive product and equipment training.
